What's the 80021048 error?? is the error which means that your PSP isnot homebrew enabled properly.

If you would like to get rid of this idiot error firstly i recommend you to format your memory stick from system settings!
Once formatted please hold the Right button when opening your psp to enter Recovery Settings Menu!
Now i ll give the correct recovery settings to play the games smoothly!

Note: These Settings are for 3.71 M33-2 or newer. Try this

Than exit and lets look at M33 VSH MENU settings please press SELECT
