This guide will show you how to install the Original Vista Sidebar (not a clone) into windows Xp or MCE!
If you dont like vista but you like the sidebar with the addons and gadgets (you can add any new ones from Microsoft sites), then this guide is for
you.

Description: Get this file to install the original sidebar from Vista to Windows XP
Download and install the file above.Unrar it somewhere.
Inside you will find 3 folders.
-Go to Install folder and run the batch file step1.cmd
-During this step you may be asked for a valid Vista RC2 key.
e.g.: (yfkbb-pqjjv-g996g-vwgxy-2v3x8)
-Restart your computer.
After restart, run the batch file step2.cmd
-Now go to C:\Program Files\Windows Sidebar and right click on sbdrop.dll and click on Patch Vista Library.
Now right click on wlsrvc.dll and select Patch Vista Library again.
-Run the batch file step5.cmd
When finish, go to C:\Program Files\Windows Sidebar and click on sidebar_clear.exe or sidebar.exe to run the sidebar, once running right click in an empty area and go to properties and put a tick in Start Sidebar when Windows Starts.
