Also you need the ConvertXtoDVD.
Extract the file and install MKVtoolnix. Copy then the contents from folder MKVExtract and paste them into MKVtoolnix's install dir (normally C: -> Program Files -> MKVtoolnix.
After this, run the MKVextractGUI.exe.
In the General Tab, select [...] from the input field. Browse and select the video file you need.

Now Open the file and wait a second or two till the tracks appear and check the ones you want hit extract.
(The extracted files will appear where your mkv file is unless you change the extraction location).
You can check and the subtitles (if the video has subs or choose later into your language.

When done, exit the window and launch ConvertXtoDVD. Select to add a file by using the menu or the add video button.
Select the video file that was extracted.Note at the red circle, you have to change the the Files of Type: to show All files.

Since this filetype is not totally supported, it will not automatically know the movie length, just hit automatic so it can find the movie length.

Now expand the Titleset tree and right click on the audio (which should currently have 0 streams) and select to add audio.
You can add and a subtitle now.

Now, click on convert and wait. It takes time, depends on your CPU.
When done, you can burn it on a DVD (select it from ConvertXtoDVD's menu) or watch the movie to see if your movie is really correctly synced before burning
